You can print the data that displays in the Data View grid. You can also refine information in the Data View grid by hiding or showing columns.
To print the Data View Grid information
Select Business Insights Explorer menu, and then select a view.
In the Business Insights Explorer window, click the Print button on the Business Insights Explorer toolbar to print the information that is currently displayed in the Data View grid.
Note If you do not want the information in a particular column to print, hide the column by clicking and dragging the column off the Data View grid. For more information, see Show and Hide Columns.
In the Print dialog box, click Print.
The information in the Data View grid prints.
To preview the document before printing, click the Print Preview button on the Business Insights Explorer toolbar. The Preview window allows you to perform the following:
Save the information as a report
Format the report title
Format the report background
Format the page numbering
Format the data and time
Adjust margins
Change the page view to shrink to page, view the whole page, view two pages, or view multiple pages.
