In the Job Cost History Purge Selection window or the Job Cost History Restore Selection window, click Proceed.

Overview

The Job Cost History Purge Selection Register lists the jobs that will be purged from the history files. The Job Cost History Restore Selection Register lists the jobs that will be restored to the active files from the history files.

You can print and review the register to verify that the correct jobs are listed.

After you print the Job Cost History Purge Selection register, you are prompted to update the register, which will purge the jobs. This register is available only if you click Select in the Job Cost History Purge Utility window and use the Job Cost History Purge Selection window to select individual jobs to be purged.

After you print the Job Cost History Restore Selection Register, you are prompted to update the register, which will restore the jobs to the active files. This register is available only if you click Select in the Job Cost History Restore Utility window and use the Job Cost History Restore Selection window to select individual jobs to be restored.
