You can remove any MS Office Link template (company specific or global) or attachment.
Note Removing a template or attachment does not delete the document from its location.
To remove an MS Office Link template or attachment

Select the template or attachment to remove from the MS Office Link folder.

Click the Remove Document button on the MS Office Link Toolbar, or click Remove on the MS Office Link Tools menu.
The template or attachment is removed.
