Select Payroll Reports menu > Deduction Reports. In the Deduction Reports Menu window, select the Deduction Report option.  

Overview

The Deduction Report provides a month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date summary of employee deduction information for up to six deduction codes. The report can be sorted by employee number, sort field, name, or Social Security number. This report is updated using the pay period ending date entered in Payroll Data Entry.
