Select Payroll Report menu > Employee Masterfile Audit Report.

This report is available only if the Track changes made to Employee Masterfile check box is selected in the Payroll Options window.

Overview

The Employee Masterfile Audit Report tracks changes, deletions, and additions to employee information. This report prints changes made to data fields and notes the date and user code or workstation ID. The audit report can be printed for a specific range of user codes/workstation IDs and transaction dates.
