Select TimeCard Setup menu > TimeCard Utilities. In the TimeCard Utilities window, select Salary Equalization, and then click OK.
|

Use Salary Equalization to process salaried employees through the TimeCard module or to pay hourly employees for a fixed number of hours per pay period when their TimeCard hours do not equal their autopay hours. This utility will set up an employee's total wages in TimeCard to equal the employee's salary amount in Payroll, regardless of the hours or pay amounts entered through the TimeCard module. You can run this utility for a specific employee number or a range of employee numbers. A Salary Equalization Utility Report is produced that reflects the changes made to the employee's records.
