Note Selecting bar code data applies only to the Job Cost and Work Order modules.
Use the Forms Customization feature to specify the types of data for which you can print bar codes. You can select this data for printing by clicking Form in the label printing programs, and changing the entry in the Print column for each field from N to Y.
Before printing in the Bar Code module, it is important to verify that the selected printer is defined for bar code printing in Bar Code Printer Maintenance. If you attempt to print the labels on a printer that has not been defined for bar code printing, the bar code data fields will be ignored, and the bar codes will not print.
