You can add the following items to panels:

Expand or collapse item  Link Controls

Use link controls to open a new dialog box, display images, perform MS Scripts, play multimedia files, run programs, or send data to another Windows application. For more information, see Link Controls.

 

Expand or collapse item  Fields

In the Job Cost, Material Requirements Planning, Payroll, TimeCard, and Work Order modules, you can add user-defined fields (UDFs) to customized panels and eBusiness Manager Web templates. UDFs can also be added to printed forms or to reports using SAP Crystal Reports. You can add a UDF to a panel only if the UDF has been defined for that panel. In all other modules, you can add both UDFs and standard fields to customized panels and eBusiness Manager Web templates.

Use text items to add captions and messages. For more information, see Add an Item to a Panel.

Use frames to visually group items that perform related functions together. For more information, see Add a UDF to a Panel.
