If problems are encountered with the Customizer module, you can revert to the original default panels by deleting the customized panels in Customizer Panel Selection.

You can also delete custom panels by deleting the .LIB or .M4L files in the various folders under the CUSTOM folder of each module folder. For information about the CUSTOM folder, see Installing Customized Panels.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete a customized panel:

 

To delete a customized panel

  1. Select Custom Office Main menu > Customizer Selection.

  2. Select the panel to delete. For more information, see Select a Panel.

  3. In the Customizer Panel Selection window, select the Modify an Already Customized Panel option. For more information, see Customizer Panel Selection - Fields.

  4. From the list, select the panel to delete and click Delete. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

The panel is deleted.

 

To delete a customized panel from an active task

  1. In the active Sage 100 task you want to delete a customized panel for, right-click and select Panel Settings > Reset Panel.

  2. Select the Delete Customizer Modifications checkbox. For more information, see Reset Panel - Fields. Click OK.

The panel is deleted.
