Access this window using one of the following methods:
If a UDT has been added to the UDT Maintenance menu using Add UDT to Desktop, select the Custom Office UDT Maintenance menu, then select the UDT to maintain.
The User-Defined Table Maintenance window can only be accessed for UDTs in some modules.
Use User-Defined Table Maintenance to add and maintain data for fields in a user-defined table (UDT). The module, table name, table description, and key field length are displayed for the selected UDT. You can add new lines as needed for the key field and all other fields added to the UDT.
Only the first 100 rows in the table are displayed. You can click the Select button to enter selection criteria to display, or click the Show More button to display an additional 100 records.
