  • The Business Insights module must be activated to run the Dashboard.

  • An administrator must set up the Dashboards for users in the Dashboard Maintenance Wizard.

  • Options must be set up in Dashboard Options, such as the company name and logo that appear on the Dashboard Home and Web pages.

To view data elements on the Business Insights Dashboard Home and Web pages

If, however, the Never Prompt This User for Dashboard Updates check box was selected in the Business Insights Dashboard Wizard when setting up your Dashboard, these settings are overridden. In this case, your Dashboard is updated only if you use Start Automatic Dashboard Update accessible from the Business Insights Dashboard menu.
