Copy from Estimate - Fields

Estimate No. to Copy

Enter the estimate number of the estimate from which you want to copy, or click the Lookup button to list all estimate numbers.

Copy Description and Constant Data

Select this check box to copy the description and constant data from this estimate. Clear this check box if you do not want to copy this information.

Copy Estimate Detail

Select this check box to copy item detail information from an existing job estimate to a new job estimate. Clear this check box if you do not want to copy item detail information from an existing job estimate.

Copy Estimate Costs

Select this check box to copy item cost information from this estimate. Clear this check box to copy item cost information from the standard Item Pricing file. This field is available only if the Copy Estimate Detail check box is selected.

Copy Estimate Quantities

Select this check box to copy item quantities from this estimate. Clear this check box to set all quantities to zero (0). If you clear the check box, you are required to manually enter quantities for all items in the new estimate. This field is available only if the Copy Estimate Detail check box is selected.
