Update Item Pricing from Inventory - Fields

Item Cost Update Method

Select an item cost update method to indicate the Inventory Management cost category to use.

Item Markup Method

Select the item markup method.

Select Percent to use percentage markup over cost as the item markup method.

Select Dollar to use dollar markup over cost as the item markup method.

Select Override to use price override as the item markup method.

Item Markup Rate

Type the percentage or dollar amount of the markup. Type a positive number if the cost is to be increased, or type a negative number if the cost is to be decreased. This field is available only if Percentage or Dollar Amount is selected in the Item Markup Method field.

Product Line

Enter a product line for which you want to update item pricing, or select the Product Line All check box to accept all product lines. Click the Lookup button to list all product lines.

Price Code

Enter a price code for which you want to update item pricing, or select the Price Code All check box to accept all price codes. Click the Lookup button to list all price codes.

Vendor Number

Enter a vendor number for which you want to update item pricing, or select the Vendor Number All check box to accept all vendor numbers. Click the Lookup button to list all vendor numbers.

Alternately, start typing a vendor name to locate a record. As you type, a list of records matching your entry appears. You can then select a record from the list, and the vendor number will appear in the field.

Item Number

Enter a range of item numbers, or select the All check box to include all item numbers. Click the Lookup button to list all item numbers.

Alternately, start typing an item description to locate an item. As you type, a list of records matching your entry appears. You can then select an item from the list, and the item code will appear in the field.
