Numeric Mask

Enter the numeric mask to determine how you would like the amount to be printed. Type a pound sign (#) to indicate the positions of numbers, indicate the placement of commas (,) and type a dollar sign ($) if you want to print these characters in the dollar amount.

To print zero-filled dollar amounts, type a zero as the placeholder for numbers, instead of the pound sign. To hold the placement of decimal amounts, enter .00. To fill any unused positions in the mask with asterisks, type an asterisk (*) in the first position of the mask.

NOTE The numeric masks for the Units and Cost fields are defaulted based on your entries in the Number of Decimal Places in Unit Entries and Number of Decimal Places in Cost Entries fields in the Job Cost Options window.
