Job Cost Code Detail Report

Select an option for sorting the report.
Select a cost code detail option to indicate the degree of detail to include on the report.
Type the projected percentage of cost over estimate for which jobs will be printed.

the report will be printed only for jobs projected to be 10 percent or more above estimated costs
-999.99%
all jobs will be printed, regardless of the projected percentage of estimated cost
Select the Job Status to Print All check box to print all job statuses, or select up to five of the job status code check boxes to print the report for a specific group of job statuses. For example, to print only open status jobs, select the Open check box. To print both bid and open status jobs, select the Bid and Open check boxes.
Print Detail Cost Information For
Select one or more of the following check boxes to indicate the cost and unit information you want to include on the report.
Select the Cost Dollars check box to include cost code/cost type dollar costs only.
Select the Cost Units check box to include cost code/cost type units only.
Select the Cost/Unit check box to include cost code/cost type cost per unit.
Select the Cost/Job Unit check box to include cost code/cost type cost per job.
Select this check box to print the worksheet for all cost types, or clear this check box and click Select Cost Type to select the cost type check box(es) for which you want to print the worksheet.
Enter a range of job numbers, or select the All check box to include all job numbers. Click the Lookup button to list all job numbers.
Enter a range of estimators, or select the All check box to include all estimators. This field is available only if Estimator is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of managers, or select the All check box to include all managers. This field is available only if Manager is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of job types, or select the All check box to include all job types. Click the Lookup button to list all job types. The ending job type range for this field is available only if Job Type is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of sort fields, or select the All check box to include all sort fields. This field is available only if Sort Field is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of customer numbers, or select the All check box to include all customer numbers. Click the Lookup button to list all customer numbers. This field is available only if Customer Number is selected in the Sort Options field.
