Track Major Events Within the System

You can use the System Activity Log to track major events that occur within the system. The log tracks the last 999 events, deleting the oldest activity from the list as each new activity is added.

To track major events within the system

Select Library Master Reports menu > Activity Log.

Click the Search button to search by a date range, user logon, company code, or activity type.
Click the Zoom button to view more details about the selected activity entry on the Activity Log window.
Click the Print button to print a report detailing the date, time, user, company, and activities performed in the system.

After running a search, you can click the purge button to purge the activity log.
