Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select Library Master Setup menu > Report Format Maintenance. On the Report Format Maintenance Footer menu, click App Date and User.
Select Library Master Setup menu > Report Format Maintenance. In the Report Format Maintenance window, double-click the application date or user name in the format preview area.

Use the Application Date and User Information feature in Report Format Maintenance to display the second line of the report footer.
