Select Library Master Setup menu > Zip Code Maintenance.

Overview

Use ZIP Code Maintenance to add, modify, or delete ZIP Codes. When a ZIP Code is entered in a maintenance task, the associated city, state, and country of the ZIP Code appear automatically.

The software is preloaded with existing U.S. ZIP Codes. The option to install Canadian Postal Codes is available when installing the software.

Note All ZIP Codes added or modified are retained. User-defined ZIP codes will not be overwritten when upgrading.
