The Labor Distribution Report lists all earnings information entered for specific labor codes during the Payroll Data Entry process. It can be produced for all or a range of labor distribution codes. The information provided includes the employee number and name, earnings code, hours worked, and amount earned. Totals are provided by labor code. When sorted by job number, this report can be used to verify the job distribution information before performing the Check Register update.
Note Print the Labor Distribution Report before updating the Check Register; this information is cleared during the update.
