Select Sales Order Setup menu > Customer Last Purchase Maintenance. Click Clear.

Overview

Use Clear Customer Last Purchase File to clear the customer last purchase history for a selected range of customer numbers, item codes, and last purchase dates. This feature can be used to delete outdated item pricing information or to remove purchase history records for customers or items that have been deleted from the system.

If the Inventory Management module is integrated with Sales Order, customer last purchase history information can be cleared for standard inventory items as well as miscellaneous items entered for Sales Order.
