Enter the cancel/reason code you want to add or maintain. Click the Lookup button to list all cancel/reason codes.

The following permanent Internet-related reason codes are available:

CRED Credit limit exceeded or on credit hold

NSQTY Quantity not available

CLQTY Credit limit exceeded or on credit hold

ESTAX Estimated Sales Tax Schedule used to calculate sales tax

NOCC Credit Card pre-authorization failed or did not occur

KITER A quantity mask overflow error occurred on one or more of a kit's exploded component lines. When this occurs, the quantity on the line containing the error is set to 0.
