Breakdown of Hours Worked

 

The hours worked are broken down into the following three categories.

The category for hours is determined by the entry in the Earnings Code field (such as 01 for Regular or 02 for Overtime) on the TimeCard Entry and Edit Main tab or TimeCard Entry - New Entries Only Main tab. The date used for the daily hours calculation is the date currently displayed in the Date Worked field on the TimeCard Entry and Edit Main tab or TimeCard Entry - New Entries Only Main tab. The date range used for the weekly hours calculation is the week into which the daily hours date falls. The date typed in the Work Week Beginning Date field in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window is used as a reference.
