Select TimeCard Setup menu > TimeCard Utilities. In the TimeCard Utilities window, select Global Posting Flag Change, and then click OK.

Use Global Posting Flag Change to globally change TimeCard records. You can select records by employee number, date worked, labor code, earnings code, job number, and cost code. You can select the module to apply a global change to (Payroll or Job Cost), and the flag status.
