Select Work Order Main menu > Work Order Transaction Entry.
This task is available only if the Allow Batch Entry check box is selected in the Work Order Options window.

Work order transactions can be entered by batch. The Batch method allows multiple data entry sessions to take place simultaneously, each with unique batch numbers assigned automatically or by the user.
During the batch print and update phases, other batches can be accessed for data entry and editing; however, only one user on the system at a time can print and update the transaction journal.
A password may be required if you are attempting to access a batch that was entered by another user, or if you are attempting to change the Private Batch status for a batch that was previously created.
