The Positive Pay Export Wizard displays several pages with questions and options that aid you in quickly copying an export setting. Additionally, you can use the wizard to create a new export setting or delete, modify, or copy an existing setting.

 

To copy a Positive Pay export setting

  1. Select Bank Reconciliation Main menu > Positive Pay Export.

  1. To create an export setting based on another export setting, click the Copy Setting button. The Copy Positive Pay Export Wizard launches. Proceed through the wizard pages to create the export setting.

  2. The existing export setting name will default in the Define Export Setting Name wizard page and must be modified.

  3. Click Finish.

You have copied a Positive Pay export setting.
