Remove Item History Dated On or Before Year
Enter the year to use for removing item history. If Fiscal Periods is selected in the Base Inventory Periods On field in the Inventory Management Options window, this field displays the fiscal years defined in the General Ledger module. If Calendar Months is selected in the Base Inventory Periods On field, this field displays the calendar years. All inventory history dated on or before this year will be permanently removed from the system.
Note You are required to retain at least two years of item history. Item history cannot be deleted if the item is still active.
