Select Custom Office Main menu > User-Defined Field and Table Maintenance. In the User-Defined Field and Table Maintenance window, select the module. Select the user-defined table (UDT) to set the UDT grid field entry order for, and then click the Set UDT Grid Entry Order button.

The Set UDT Grid Entry Order button is available only if a UDT has been created. For more information, see Create a User-Defined Table (UDT).

Note UDTs can be created only in some modules.

Overview

Use Set UDT Grid Entry Order to change the order in which fields appear in the User-Defined Table Maintenance grid. By default, grid columns are displayed alphabetically from left to right. Set UDT Grid Entry Order allows you to override the default alphabetical order.
