Select a combination of up to four allocation cycles to print.
Select the types of allocations to print on the listing. You can print financial allocations, nonfinancial allocations, or both.
Select this check box to print all comments entered in the Comment fields on the Header tab and Lines tab of a data entry window. Clear this check box to print only part of the comments entered on the Header tab and Lines tab. The size of a partial comment varies depending on the available space for printing, but will never be more than one line of characters.
Enter a range of allocation numbers, or select the All check box to print all allocations. Click the Lookup button to select an allocation.
