Select General Ledger Period End menu > Allocation Selection. In the Allocation Selection Settings window, click Proceed. In the Allocation Selection window, select an allocation and click the Allocation Zoom button.

Overview

Use Allocation Drill Down to view details about individual allocation entries before printing the Allocation Journal and posting the entries. Allocation Drill Down also displays new posting amounts if the source amount has been changed in Allocation Selection.

The information displayed in Allocation Drill Down can only be viewed.
