Financial Report Group Maintenance

Enter a financial report group, or click the Lookup button to list all defined report groups. The Standard report group provides a default financial report group including a Standard Balance Sheet, Standard Income Statement, and Standard Statement of Cash Flows. To create a new report group, enter a new report group name.
Three Hole Punch
Select this check box to print the report with a larger margin. This allows enough space for you to three-hole punch the report. Clear this check box if you do not want a larger margin for this purpose.
Select the printer to use for printing the report group. You can print to a defined or deferred printer, export and e-mail, or export data only. This field is not available if Standard is selected at the Report Group field.
Number of Copies
Select the number of copies to print.
Collated
Select this check box to print each copy of the report or form in proper binding order when printing multiple copies. Clear this check box if you do not want to collate the report or form. This check box is available only if the value selected in the Number of Copies field is greater than 1.
This field displays the name assigned to the financial report in the Financial Report Wizard. Enter a financial report to include in the selected report group, or click the Lookup button to list all defined reports. A report must be defined in the Financial Report Wizard before it can be assigned to a report group.
Standard Balance Sheet
This field displays the title that was assigned to the report in the Financial Report Wizard and can only be viewed.
