Access this window using one of the following methods:

In any data entry window that allows inquiry on a line item, select a line item, and then click the Item Quantity Inquiry button.

In any data entry window, in the Item Code field, right-click and select Item Quantity Inquiry.

Use Item Quantity Inquiry to view information about quantity on hand, on purchase order, on sales order, on back order, committed, on work order, required for work order, and available by warehouse with totals for all warehouse locations.
Item Quantity Inquiry also displays the quantity in shipping and quantity on hand less shipping if the Enable Shipping check box is selected in Sales Order Options.
