Select Inventory Management Main menu > Item Maintenance. In the Item Maintenance window, in the Item Code field, enter the item code. Click the drop-down arrow in the top right corner of the window, and select Lot/Serial Order Detail.

This window is available only if the Sales Order module is integrated with Inventory Management and the Enable Lot/Serial Distribution check box is selected in Sales Order Options.

Overview

Use Lot/Serial Order Detail to view sales orders entered but not distributed to a particular lot/serial number. The window also displays what is being distributed and the available quantity for lot/serial numbers.

Note All quantities display only in terms of the item's standard unit of measure.
