E-mail Notification Maintenance

Notification

Select a notification to maintain. New notifications cannot be entered.

 

Notify

Select the check boxes corresponding to the recipients of this e-mail. You must select at least one recipient by either selecting one of the Notify check boxes or by entering an e-mail address in the Other E-mail field.

If Request for Add/Edit Ship-To Address is selected in the Notification field, the Webmaster check box is selected automatically and cannot be cleared.

If Request for User ID & Password or Request for Password is selected in the Notification field, all of the check boxes in the Notify section are cleared automatically and cannot be selected except for the User check box, which is selected automatically. An e-mail notification is sent only to the e-mail address entered on the Request User ID and Password Web page.

 

Other E-mail

Type an additional e-mail address to which notification will be sent. You can enter multiple e-mail addresses, separated by semicolons (;).

 

Subject

Type the subject of the e-mail message.

 

Insert Merge Field

Select a merge field to insert into the e-mail message.

 

E-mail Text

Type the message to send with the e-mail notification. You can type up to 4096 characters in this field.
