Job Billing Register G/L Work In Process Recap

The Job Billing Register G/L Work In Process Recap prints after the Job Billing Register and provides a summarized total, by job, of all work in process posted to Percent Complete jobs through the billing date. The report does not include any work in process that was previously relieved or any work in process past the billing date.

The actual work in process relieved (daily transaction register) represents any work in process that was billed and/or deleted. The amount of work in process expensed on the daily transaction register could also include any work in process posted to a cost code that uses the unit price billing method where the unit price on the cost code is zero. For example, since the unit price is zero it is not billed; however, the work in process is still relieved.
