In any report, journal, or listing window, click Printer Setup. In Printer Setup, select Export from the Output Type section and click OK.
Note This task is available only in some modules.

Use Export File Options to specify file type information so the export file can be used by spreadsheet, word processing, or other applications. You can also use a modem to send the converted files to other computers. All options may not be available for every report being printed.
