Process Employee Pre-Note and Direct Deposit Transactions

Batch

This field displays the batch number. Employee prenote batches are identified by the letter P at the beginning.

This field can only be viewed.

By default only batches that have not been processed are listed. Click the Show Sent/Unsent Batches button to show all batches.

Warning! Do not select batches that have already been processed or batches with an effective date in the past without first consulting Sage Direct Deposit Services Support.

 

Sent

This field displays Y if the batch has been synchronized with the Sage 100 Direct Deposit service. The letter N appears if the batch has not been synchronized.

This field can only be viewed.

 

Selected

This field displays Y if the batch is selected. The letter N appears if the batch is not selected.

This field can only be viewed.

Click any field to select or unselect a batch. Use the buttons to the left of the grid to quickly make or clear selections.

Description

This field indicates whether the batch contains prenotes or direct deposit payments and can only be viewed.

 

Effective Date

For direct deposit batches, this field displays the date entered in Check Printing on which the payroll funds will be transferred from your company bank account into employees' accounts.  

For employee prenote batches, this field displays the date entered in the Pre-Notes To Be Sent On field when the batch was created using the Pre-Note Selection Register.

This field can only be viewed.

 

Created Date

This field displays the date the batch was created and can only be viewed.

 

Bank Account No.

For direct deposit batches, this field displays the company bank account number used.

This field can only be viewed.

 

Routing No.

For direct deposit batches, this field displays the routing number for the company bank account used.
