Use the following steps to set up the software for the shipping process.

 

To set up shipping

  1. Select Sales Order Setup menu > Sales Order Options.

  2. Select the Enable Shipping check box and then click Accept. For more information, see Sales Order Options - Fields.

  3. Select Sales Order Setup menu > Shipping Setup Options.

  4. Set up the necessary shipping options and then click Accept. For more information, see Shipping Setup Options - Fields.

  5. Select Sales Order Setup menu > Shipper ID Maintenance.

  6. Set up the shipper IDs for shippers who will be accessing Shipping Data Entry. For more information, see Shipper ID Maintenance - Fields.
