Select Work Order Inquiries menu > Work Order Inquiry. In the Work Order Inquiry window, click the Memo button.
This task is available only if Yes or Maintenance is selected in the Allow Memo Inquiry from Data Entry field in the Work Order Options window. If Yes is selected, you can review memos for those work orders that have existing memos.
