Select Work Order Main menu > Work Order Purge.
|
|
Use Work Order Purge to purge work order data based on the current accounting date and the number of days the system is set to retain closed work orders, as set in Work Order Options. The purged data is removed from the Open Work Order file and, if the work order history and transaction history are retained in Work Order Options, the data is transferred to the History files.
