On Demand Missing Cost Report - Fields

Minimum Variance Percent

Type the minimum variance percentage to use to indicate a missing cost entry. A completed work order prints on the report only if it has a step that cost less than the planned cost by the percentage entered in this field.

Planner Code

Enter a planner code, or select the All check box to include all planner codes. Click the Lookup button to list all planner codes.

Work Order Statuses

Select a work order status to print on the report.

Select Released to print only released work orders on the report.

Select Closed to print only closed work orders on the report.

Select Both to print released and closed work orders on the report.

Page Break After Each Work Order

Select this check box to print each work order on a separate page. Clear this check box to print multiple work orders on each page.

Work Order Number

Enter a range of work order numbers, or select the All check box to include all work orders. Click the Lookup button to list all work orders.
