Select this check box to print each work order on a separate page. Clear this check box to print multiple work orders on each page.
Select any combination of work order statuses, or select the All check box to print all work order statuses (firm-planned, released, closed, and estimate work orders). These check boxes are available only if Standard Work Order is selected in the Work Order Type field.
Select a work order type to print on the report.
Select this check box to print header information, work order totals, material information, work order memos, operation information, and extended step information on the report. Clear this check box to exclude this information. This check box is available only if Standard Work Order is selected in the Work Order Type field.

Select this check box to include extended step descriptions on the report. Clear this check box to exclude extended step descriptions. This check box is available only if the Operation Information check box is selected.
Enter a range of work order numbers, or select the All check box to include all work orders. Click the Lookup button to list all work orders.
Enter a range of template work order numbers or select the All check box to include all template work orders. Click the Lookup button to list all template work orders.
Enter a range of due dates, or select the All check box to include all due dates. This field is available only if Standard Work Order is selected in the Work Order Type field.
Enter a range of parent item numbers, or select the All check box to include all parent items. Click the Lookup button to list all parent items. This field is available only if Parent Item Number is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of release dates, or select the All check box to include all release dates. This field is available only if Release Date is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of planner codes, or select the All check box to include all planner codes. Click the Lookup button to list all planner codes. This field is available only if Planner Code is selected in the Sort Options field.
Enter a range of user-defined categories/dates, or select the All check box to include all categories/dates. User-defined categories/dates are established on the User-Defined tab in Work Order Options. For more information, see Work Order Options.
