Select Budgets to Clear

Budget

This field displays all budgets currently displayed in the Budget Maintenance window. This field can only be viewed.

If the budget you want to clear is not displayed, use the Select Budget Columns window to display the budget in Budget Maintenance. When the budget is displayed in Budget Maintenance, it will then appear in the Select Budgets to Clear window. For more information, see Select Budgets to View.

 

Year

This field displays the fiscal year associated with the selected budget for the corresponding Budget field. This field can only be viewed.

 

Clear

Select this check box to clear the budget listed in the selected row to zero for the selected account in Budget Maintenance. Clear this check box if you do not want to clear the budget listed in the selected row.
