If an item code is selected for deletion, the Purchase Order, Sales Order, Sales Kit, Bill of Materials, Job Cost, Return Merchandise Authorization, eBusiness Manager, and Work Order files are checked for that item code. Item codes are also checked for quantities on hand if the Inventory file, Warehouse Detail, or Item Costing Detail records are selected for deletion.
Note If the item code or quantities on hand are found, the deletion is not performed and a message is printed on the Delete and Change Items Listing.
