Use the Lookup to Select a Record

When entering data in certain fields in a maintenance or data entry window, you can click the Lookup button to display a list of valid records. Use the Lookup feature to display a list of records and select the appropriate record.

 

To select a record using the Lookup

  1. In a maintenance or data entry window at a field, click the Lookup button. The lookup window appears displaying the available records. For more information, see Lookup feature.

  2. In the lookup window, select an item from the list box and click Select. The selected record is copied to the field.
