Select one of the available printer names. To define additional printers, use the Printers option in your Windows Control Panel.
Enter the number of copies to print.
Select this check box to purge the report information from the deferred printing queue after it has printed. It can be retained indefinitely.
Select this check box to restrict other users from printing this report. This option is available only when system security has been activated.
Click All or enter the starting and ending page number to include in the report.
