If memos are created and set up to automatically display when accessing the designated data entry task, the Memo window displays.

Memos can be set to automatically display when accessing data entry windows.
The Memo window appears if the following settings are made:

The Auto Display check box is selected in the Auto Display field in the Memo Manager Maintenance window for the specified memo type and task.

Always or Reminder Date is selected in the Auto Display field in the Memo Maintenance window.
