Move PDF Documents

Journals and Registers

Select this check box to move the selected journal and/or register PDF documents to the location entered in the New Location field. Clear this check box if you do not want to move the selected journal and/or register PDF documents. This field is available only if this task is accessed from the Journal and Register Viewer task.

 

Associated PDFs

Select this check box to move the associated PDF documents for the selected journals and registers to the location entered in the New Location field.

Clear this check box if you do not want to move the associated PDF documents for the selected journals and registers.

This field is available only if this task is accessed from the Journal and Register Viewer task.

 

New Location

Enter the new location for the PDF documents selected in the viewer, or click the Browse Directory button to browse for the new location.
