In the appropriate Paperless Office maintenance window, click Copy From.
The Copy From button is available only if a specific company is selected in the Company Code field.

Use Copy From to copy PDF settings for a particular document or group of documents from one company to another. You can select whether to override existing entries or not. This allows you to define settings for specific documents, and then copy the rest of the settings from another company.
PDF settings cannot be copied from a specific company to all companies, or from all companies to a specific company. However, you can copy PDF settings from all modules in one company to a specific module in another company.
