Transaction Type

Select a transaction type.

Select Release to change the status of a work order from firm planned to released.

Select Material Issue to record the issue of component inventory items from the warehouse to the shop for individual work orders.

Select Labor to record the labor hours expended on a work order.

Select Misc. Labor Charge to post labor charges not related to specific employees to work orders.

Select Misc. Material Charge to charge noninventory material costs to a work order.

Select Outside Processing Charge to post charges for work performed by outside vendors.

Select Completion to record the completion of all or part of the finished product being produced by a work order.

Select Close Work Order to close a work order.

Transaction Date

Type a transaction date. This date will be printed on reports for this group of transactions.
