Select Accounts Receivable Main menu > Customer Maintenance. In the Customer Maintenance window, at the drop-down button, select Ship To Address.

Overview

Use Customer Ship-To Address Maintenance to set up and maintain one or more ship-to addresses for each customer. Use this feature if the customer's billing address is different from the ship-to address or if the customer has multiple ship-to addresses. This task is available only if the Sales Order module is installed.

If the Customer Relationship Management module is set up and the customer for the selected ship-to address has a relationship with a Sage CRM company, you can create and maintain a relationship between the ship-to address and a Sage CRM company address.

Note If you delete a ship-to address that is related to a Sage CRM address, the relationship with the Sage CRM address is deleted, but the Sage CRM address record itself is not deleted from the Sage CRM system.
